This week MH Apartments have been visible in several newspapers, and we are exited to see that our latest apartments are becoming popular not just among our customers, but also in the media.
MH Apartments, owned by Javier Monguió, invested 5 million euros into the building of the new MH Apartments Barcelona. Originally, this was the old Werfen fabric, located where calle Arago meets Calle Viladomat de Barcelona. The old fabric is 5000 square meter, and are now converted into 40 apartments.
The apartments are 80 square meter, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition to the newly built apartments, the building have now a reception that is open 24/7, meeting rooms, a pool and a gym available for all visitors of the apartments. There is now currently room for a total of 212 people in the building.
