Are you visiting Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress? The Congress is just around the corner, and you are probably trying to absorb all information possible at the moment, so that you will arrive as prepared as possible. Here we offer you the absolute guide to what is happening outside of the congress.
If you are in Barcelona on Sunday 23rd of February, we recommend you to join the Mobile Sunday-event at City Hall at Placa Catalunya. This is an annual event, organized for the ninth time. Mobile Sunday is the most important networking event before the congress kicks off, and it ends at midnight, so you can still get a good night sleep before the first day. A great place to get a drink after the congress, and organized dinners, is Ocaña. It is located on Placa Reial in the middle of Ramblas, and it is easy to find. Many participants of the congress tends to find their way to Ocaña during the week, and it is therefore a great place for both pleasure and networking. Amazing cocktails!
If you have booked some extra days of vacation in Barcelona after the congress, you will probably be in the need of some relaxing days. If you prefer to get away from the city, and into the nature, a day trip to Montserrat is a perfect option for you.
